UI/UX Design That Turns Visitors Into Clients.

A beautiful screen that confuses people isn't good design. Poke Digital designs user journeys, information architecture and interfaces that make a site's purpose obvious in the first few seconds — for Cape Town brands who need their site to work as hard as it looks.

We map the routes real visitors take — a first-time visitor deciding whether to trust a brand, a returning customer looking for a menu or a price list, a lead ready to enquire — and design around what each of them actually needs to see, in what order.

Before any visual design happens, we work out how content should be grouped and labelled so a visitor never has to guess where something lives. Good IA is invisible when it's working — you only notice it when it's missing.

Hover states, transitions, scroll behaviour and micro-interactions are designed to clarify what's clickable and what just happened after a click — reinforcing the interface rather than decorating it.

Interfaces are designed at mobile, tablet and desktop scale as three considered layouts, not one design squeezed to fit. Navigation, forms and content hierarchy are rethought at each breakpoint.

Calls to action, form design and page flow are placed with intent — reducing friction between someone deciding they're interested and actually getting in touch, booking, or buying.

Before a line of production code is written, key flows are prototyped and reviewed so structural issues get caught while they're still cheap to fix — not after development is underway.

Legible type at real reading sizes, sensible contrast, clear focus states and forms that tell you what went wrong when they do — the unglamorous fundamentals that decide whether an interface actually works for the people using it.
